Day 6: Eat Right and Be Fit. Part II – Small Changes challenge.

It is time for your weekly challenge!

This week is all about being the healthiest, strongest you that you can be.

Every year we make a resolution that will supposedly change our lives for the better. We tend to be highly ambitious and set very big goals. Most of the time we begin actively living this big goal on January 1st, the first day of the new year. Some of these big goals include:


– To eat healthier

– To lose a large amount of weight

– To exercise on a regular basis

– To be more gracious and mindful

– To be kinder

– to spend more time with friends and loved ones

– To spend less money or manage financially with a set budget

…and a myriad of other things that we pledge to the universe that we will do.


This time it is different. It is not New Year’s Eve, although you are going to make a decision to be a healthier you, because you want to. You will decide to become fit and eat nutritious food because you like the idea of feeling strong and alive.

When you make a change for the right reasons you are more likely to be successful.

10 Small changes that you can make today

  1. Drink 8 glasses of water every day.
  2. Cut out sugary drinks
  3. Eat breakfast every day
  4. Cut the sugar out of your coffee
  5. Reduce the number of coffees each o
  6. Meditate every day
  7. Get 8 hours of sleep every day
  8. Smile more
  9. Walk more
  10. Reduce sugar intake

This week you will decide to make a couple changes. It doesn’t matter how big or small the change is. The important part is that you are consistent. Once you decide to make the small change, you keep your sights on the goal and you stick to it.




Make two small changes to your daily habits. One change will be regarding your nutritional practices. The other change will be regarding your fitness practices. You can choose from the list above or come up with your own small changes. Share with us and the Eh! Be Positive community. We want to know the changes that you are making. You will maintain this change for 7 days. Update us along the way if you can. We love to see people achieving their goals.
