Lori and Cara here! We are excited to let you know that we have written an amazing book that will help you to see happiness in a whole new way. This book is a Happiness plan that you can tailor to suit YOU! Each of us is different. We all find happiness in different ways. We do different hobbies. We have different friends. We have different personalities…
Why would one plan work for everyone? Well our plan can work for everyone…let us explain.
Our plan is called “Thirty Days to a Happier You”. It is a book that provides you 30 days of guided action-based activities that will help you becoming a happier person. Each day you will record two simple things:
- Your daily experiences, like a short diary entry.
- The effectiveness of each action or task in bringing about positive feelings and thoughts.
At the end of the 30 Days, you will review which tasks and activities worked for you and which did not. Remember, we are all different. If one task did not make you feel happier…that is perfectly ok.
